In the guest parking area after you drive in from Ty Gwyn Road we have a universal Pod Point Solo 7kW EV charger where guests can charge their electric vehicles providing they bring their charging cable.
Additional charges apply so please request access to this when making your reservation.
GROCERY ONLINE DELIVERIES

Why not book a grocery delivery in advance to arrive after you check in? Both Tesco and Asda have delivered to Bryn Arthur and its easy and stress free shopping! We also provide our guests with a welcome pack to get your holiday started! Our home address for grocery deliveries is Bryn Arthur, Tabor Hill Llandudno Conwy LL30 2QW (driveway entrance is on Ty Gwyn Road)
PLAYSTATION ROOM SOFA BED SET UP

We do have a maximum guest limit of 10 people but sometimes we know an extra bedroom is necessary so our top floor Playstation Games room sofa will convert to a sofa bed - our team need to know in advance of check in if this sofa bed is required so please inform us at the time of booking. Also note that when the sofa bed is set up it will take up most of the room space.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE INSTRUCTIONS

A few days before your check in date we will send you all the arrival details including a time sensitive code for our smart lock box where you will access the keys to our home.

Once settled in you will find a welcome book with all the useful information for the home including WIFI and the waste and recycling details - there are reminders signs in the kitchen for when to push the bins out the night before collection date.
​
Just settle in relax and enjoy the comfort of our home.
GETTING TO LLANDUDNO
​
A short taxi ride or 30 minutes walk from Bryn Arthur is Llandudno railway station which serves the seaside town of Llandudno in North Wales, and is the terminus of a 3 miles long branch line from Llandudno Junction on the Crewe to Holyhead North Wales Coast Line. The station is managed by Transport for Wales Rail, who operate all trains serving it.
